The deposit on a booking made from home

The deposit is half the fee, sent before the trip by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto; it is the first half of the price and holds the evening once confirmed.

The deposit is half of whichever figure applies to the booking, sent ahead once the evening is agreed. It is not an extra charge added to the fee and it is not a security held to one side. It is the first half of the fee, and the second half is paid on arrival.

Why a booking from home always carries one

Half goes ahead on seven kinds of booking, and the first of them is any booking made more than twenty-four hours before it starts. Every booking fixed before a trip falls under it. The other six are an overnight, two therapists, Schiphol or an airport hotel, a peak date, three hours or more, and a guest's first booking with the house. The only booking paid entirely at the door is a same-day hour or two at a city address from a guest the house has looked after before, which a traveller still at home cannot make.

The figures

Ninety minutes for one guest, EUR 270, is confirmed with EUR 135. A couple sharing one therapist for two hours, EUR 720, is confirmed with EUR 360. One guest with two therapists for three hours, EUR 1,080, is confirmed with EUR 540. Every rate halves cleanly, so a planner can read the deposit off any profile on the roster.

How it is paid

By card as a rule, or by Revolut, Wise or crypto for anyone who prefers them. A bank transfer or PayPal payment is not taken, and cash cannot serve as a deposit because it only changes hands in the room. The details appear in the thread once the evening is agreed, and nowhere else.

What it holds, and what it does not

Once it arrives and the house confirms the booking in writing, the evening is held in her diary and nobody else can take it. It holds her time and nothing more; what a session includes is still hers to decide. What happens to it on a cancellation or a move is set out under cancellation and refunds and the one-move rule.
