How far ahead can I book from home?
As far ahead as your trip is fixed. Bookings made weeks in advance are routine here, and there is no minimum or maximum notice. The sensible moment is once the flights and hotel are booked, because then the date and the city address are both known. A booking can hold for weeks without anyone needing to chase it.
Why does a booking made more than a day ahead carry a deposit?
Because an evening fixed in advance is taken out of her diary from the moment it is agreed, and nobody else can book it. Half the fee goes ahead to make that commitment run both ways. It is the first half of the fee itself, not a separate charge, and the other half is settled when she arrives.

What happens to the deposit if my trip is cancelled?
It depends only on the notice you give. More than twenty-four hours before the booked time, the whole deposit comes back to you. Inside the final twenty-four hours, before she has set out, half is kept as fee already earned and half is repaid. After she has set out, nothing of it is repaid. If someone else takes the hour, it is repaid in full, and if you can show the loss was smaller than the share kept, only that smaller amount is kept.
My dates might move. Can I change the booking?
Once, at no cost, provided you ask more than twenty-four hours before the booked time and the new date falls within fourteen days. The deposit carries across to the new date unchanged. A second move, or a move asked for inside the last day, is treated by the notice scale as a cancellation made at that moment, and whatever the scale does not keep carries on to the new date.
What if my flight is cancelled by the airline?
A flight moved or cancelled by an airline counts as a change on your side, so it is handled as a move or a cancellation on the notice scale. The one-move rule usually covers it, if you write as soon as you know. Only events outside both sides' control, such as a transport shutdown or an official instruction that makes the journey impossible, turn the deposit into credit instead.
How does my room number reach the thread if I book before check-in?
Book with the hotel name alone. On the day, once you have your key, write the room number into the thread. She does not set out until the room number is there, so the one task left for arrival day is sending it. If the hotel asks visitors to be met in the lobby, mention that as well.
How long does she take to arrive on the day?
Forty to sixty minutes to anywhere in central Amsterdam, from the moment she sets out. What if the woman I booked cannot come?
The house tells you as soon as it knows, in the thread. You then choose: take someone else from the roster who is free that evening, or take the deposit back in full. The choice is yours and nothing is kept either way.
Will she travel to a hotel outside Amsterdam?
No. Central Amsterdam, and Schiphol and the airport hotels by arrangement, with the journey time agreed first. No other town, however close to the city it is. If your hotel is outside that area, the honest answer in the thread is no, and it is better to know that before you pay anything.
Are there dates when booking early matters more?
Yes. King's Day, Pride, the Amsterdam Dance Event, the stretch from Christmas to New Year and the large conference weeks fill up early and always carry the half deposit. The rate does not change on any of them. If your trip lands on one, book as soon as the flights are fixed.
What does an evening cost?
For one guest with one therapist, an hour is 180 euros, ninety minutes 270, two hours 360 and three hours 540, and the eight hour overnight is 1,250. Two therapists with one guest cost 360 an hour. A couple pays 360 an hour with one therapist and 720 with one each. Nothing is added for the hour, the weekday or the journey inside central Amsterdam.
Is there a number I can call from abroad?
No number is printed on this site and nothing is done by voice. Bookings are written, which suits a trip planned weeks ahead, since the date and hour can be read again at any point. After she has set out, the deposit is kept, unless the evening is taken by someone else, in which case it is returned in full. Can I move my booking twice if my dates keep changing?
The first move is free if it is asked for more than twenty-four hours ahead and the new date is within fourteen days. A second move is not refused, but it is read on the notice scale as though you had cancelled at that moment: asked more than a day ahead it keeps nothing and the whole deposit carries on, asked inside the last day before she sets out it keeps half and carries the other half.
Can I agree what the session includes in the thread before I travel?
No, and the thread will not try. What a session includes is decided by her, in the room, and she tells you her limits in her own words when she arrives. They stand until she leaves. The thread fixes the date, the hour, the length, the address and the deposit, and nothing about the content of the visit. She can decline a booking before the day or on it, without giving a reason, and she can end a visit at any point. Pressing on a limit she has named ends the visit there, with the fee for the reserved time still due and nothing added to it, as the terms set out.
Will she ask for identification when she arrives at my hotel?
She may. The guest who booked and anyone else in the room must be twenty-one or over, whatever was written in the thread weeks earlier, so a photo document can be asked for at the door. She looks at it once and hands it back straight away. It is not copied, photographed or noted anywhere. If the question of who is in the room cannot be settled, she leaves before anything begins; the age statement covers the detail.
Does the house keep my details between the booking and the trip?
Only what the booking needs: the thread itself, with the date, the hour, the hotel and the figure, kept so that both sides can read it again on the day.
